What a master plant diet is
In the Shipibo tradition, a diet (dieta) is a period of living with a teacher plant: taking it in a prescribed way while keeping to a simple diet and a set of behavioural restrictions. The maestro chooses the plant for the person and accompanies the process.
The diet is quiet, inward work. Many people use it to find inner steadiness, clarity about their questions and a new relationship with themselves. Following the diet and the recommendations is most of the work; the maestro shows the path, and you walk it.
How it works
Apply and book a diagnostic call
Choose a plan and send an application. Maestro Chonon Sany holds a free diagnostic session with you to understand your intention and health.
Preparation
After the diagnostic session you join a private Telegram chat and receive your preparation plan: food and activity restrictions before the diet begins.
Your diet
You receive an individual diet with your own teacher plant, instructions on how to obtain and prepare it where you live, and the schedule of Zoom sessions for your plan.
Integration
Daily reports in the chat, questions answered along the way, and an integration and sharing session at the end.

About the plant
The maestro prescribes the plant individually and explains how to obtain it and prepare it where you live; the participant sources the plant themselves. Check the rules on the plant in your country before starting.
Safety
Your place is confirmed after the diagnostic session. Tell the maestro about any medication and health condition: some plants are not combined with certain medicines. The diet is a traditional practice, not medical treatment, and does not replace care from a doctor or therapist.
